It's open plan, with a fully fitted kitchen, a utility room, a cave and a balcony. It's about 100 m from Av. Louise and Delhaize. There are many restaurants close to it, but not so close for the noise to be a bother.
There's also the possibility of renting parking space at the building's underground car park.
