Hi! My name is Clementine (i come from paris), I'm leaving London in 2 days and I'm looking for someone to rent my room.
It's a great 30m² room in a nice house (in a private residence) situated on caledonian road. The room is in the ground floor and there are 3 windows, a big bed, a couch, two closet, some bookshelves and a desk >> the room can really go for a couple, so does the house (even with 3 other people).
The neighborhood is quite, nice and secured (entry with code).
The share spaces are the fully equipped/modern kitchen (with a washing machine), the garden and the bathroom (shower and bathtub).
One of the roomate is not here until august, and the two other are asian boys who are really kind and funny. The colocation is really pleasant!
We are in 3 minutes by walking from King's cross and right in front the residence, there is a bus stop (with many different buses which go to kings cross, holborn...) and at the end of the road there is the overground (caledonian road and barnsbury station) which is really convenient if you are here for the olympics.
You also have another bus near the house which takes you directly to Angel/islington mall (with a huge sainsbury, mark and spencer and many other shops). But on caledonian road you can find Tesco (2 min by walking), restaurants, pubs, hairdresser, laundry, swimingpool, butcher...
I want to let my room as soon as possible to the end of August.
