We invite you to spend your vacations in our beautiful house located on the picturesque hills of Umbria (Italy), covered with parks and forests.
The house has everything to please you. 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and one big livingroom wih a beautiful marble fireplace will surpise you by their cosyness. A sunny terrace with comfortable chaise-longs or a dinner with barbeque in a nice shade arround big table enjoying the freshness of the forest and romantics smell of roses and tulips... Come with your friends - up to 6 person - and you would not be dissappointed.
In the residence there is a big totaly renewed swimming pool. Besides, about 10 min of drive from the house there are 2 wouderful public swimming pools, big enough to exercise and have fun (slides and different activites for kids), with cafes and bars incide.
There is also a big tennis court and a football field and many other activities in the residence available for you, your families and your friends. It is also absolutely safe, and closed by an automatic gate.
The house is located in a medieval region of Umbria still almost untouched by tourists. 1 hour of drive from romantic Florence and 1 hour and a half from glorious Rome.
One of the biggest lakes in Italy Trasimeno is also about 15 min of drive from the house, where you can go fishing, swimming of just enjoy the best Italian capiccino in the region.
