PARACA 42 White: 100% Falanghina - Sannio D. O. C. Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights. Typical aromas of strong personality, intense and persistent, fruity, floral and slightly mineral. Predominate broom, apple, pineapple, pear. Serving: prepare the entire meal with fish fry as well as the typical Italian way, with seafood, white meats and mild cheeses. 13.5% vol.
PARACA 42 RED: Aglianico 100% - Sannio D. O. C. Ruby red color with garnet. Perfumes intense, persistent and fine floral and fruity, they consider it ripe fruit, cherry, spicy, slightly leather and tobacco. The taste is dry, hot, intense, fruity, and tannic, full bodied wine, aromatic and balanced. Matches: for every meal, it goes flat structured, first with meat sauce and venison, succulent red meats or roasted as well as aged cheeses. 13.5 to 14% vol.

This wine is made with biological grapes of deep ruby red colour, bouquets of brushwood with flavour of toasted coffee and chocolate. Blend of Sangiovese and Syrah - 18/20 months inside barriques, 10/12 months refinement in bottle. The taste is pleasantly soft.
Serve at 18° C temperature in red-wine glasses, for a full-bodied taste.
