I rent my flat for holidays: i have 2 possibilities one flat in may and june, where i live so you can sleep in a close room, share the flat with me (a couple for ex) me i go out so it can be cool and after i move in another flat in july in menilmontant (great area in paris) and i will be not here during one month so i rent it, it is 300 euros for a week. I ask for a déposit cashable and at the end when you give me back the keys i return the deposit. I sign papers for the security. And i ask some photos (sorry) but it is better.

the first flat in may and june is bigger but you have to share the living room with me it is rue de nantes subway : crimée and the other flat is smaller but you will be alone, it is free on july and it is on boulevard de menilmontant.
