The main airports in Switzerland offer direct connections by train from the airport to the city of Biel (1 1/2 hours from Zurich Airport to Biel, 1 hour and 20 minutes from the airport of Basel to Biel and approx. 2 hours from Geneva Airport to the city of Biel). The rental fee has to be paid in advance or upon arrival.
