We are selling the entire business which includes the building, land, and fully equipped gym. Our equipment includes over 93 pieces of equipment, not including the plates or dumbells. We have free weight machines, cable machines, bars, benches, plate load machines, bikes for cardio, treadmills, eliptical trainers, stair step machines, 30 spinning bikes for the spin class, aerobic class equipment steps, mini dumbells, aerobic matts, a karate tatami mat, televisions, two complete bathrooms with showers (one for men other for women), lockers, a central music system, reception area, waiting area, tanning bed area, snack and beverage shop. Our dumbell pairs start at 5lb. and increase 5 pounds up to 150lbs. We have enough 45, 35, 25, 10, 5 and 2.5 pound plates to never have a shortage for our clients. We have been in business for over 4 1/2 years. We also have a weekly television program.
The tanning bed is not owned by us. We have a profit sharing agreement with the owner of the bed. After expenses, we split the profit.
