I'll be leaving Brussels in December and i'm looking for someone to take my place as tenant of my current apartment.
The apartment is at the very top (5th floor) of a 2-year-old building (I was the first and only tenant), has central heating and an a/c unit. It's open plan, with a fully fitted kitchen, a utility room, a cave and a balcony. It's about 100 m from Av. Louise and Delhaize. There are many restaurants close to it, but not so close for the noise to be a bother.
